Mission Statement:

We’re good listeners and problem solvers. We begin each assignment by listening to your needs and concerns. We then develop an approach to analyze your project and develop strategies to meet your objectives. It is, therefore, our mission to:

Act as your Court Appointed Receiver

Work as an extension of your staff to supplement in house capabilities

Identify and prioritize solutions to lender acquisition and disposition strategies

Develop plans to overcome physical, institutional and financial obstacles to specific projects and their disposition

These professional services can be provided economically by our staff. We are highly skilled in the court appointed receiver loan workout field and real estate development. Our services are flexible enough to meet the individual needs of the property and client organization.

We work extensively with professional legal, engineering, environmental, and marketing consultants who at the proper time can provide their expertise in developing an overall disposition strategy. Our review process looks at each assignment as if the final decision must be made solely on the report being presented.

You come first!!

Our first priority is the personal care and service we provide to our clients, and compliance with the court order appointing receiver.
