 June 1987 to Present<\/strong>
President of LDG Consultants, Inc., providing technical services to financial institutions during the workout, management, and disposition of distressed properties.  The primary skill set includes consulting with asset managers regarding the status of the loan process, construction administration, site development, regulatory permitting, environmental assessments, wastewater treatment facilities, property management\/receivership, and real estate brokerage services.   Court Appointed receiver for 450 +\/- projects throughout Florida and Georgia.  Attached is a partial list of project manager and receivership properties and sample copies of “Order Appointing Receiver”.  Senior Partner for disbursement inspection business with 150 +\/- active construction projects throughout the State of Florida.  Providing cost and plan evaluation, project management, and mediation services, for lenders, contractors, city, county, state permitting departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 October 1985 to June 1987 
<\/strong>Managing Partner for Pinnacle Commercial Construction, acting as project manager for the development of Summer Lakes in Pasco County, a 250-acre Development of Regional Impact.  Tasks involved supervising a site development division, sales division, and responsible for coordinating professional services in the process of obtaining the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) permits with the regulatory agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 February 1982 to October 1985
<\/strong>Acquisition Officer and Project Manager for Beacon United Companies. The tasks involved the selection of residential, multi-family sites located in Florida and Georgia.  Responsible for zoning, permitting and coordinating with lenders, engineers, architects dealing with the regulatory requirements to permit\/develop\/construct single-family and multi-family projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 December 1979 to February 1982 
<\/strong>Senior Property Manager with Dynamic Management, Inc., full-service property management and real estate Brokerage Company, with the responsibility for the management of 1,500 apartment & condominium units.  Specializing in condominium conversations, project supervision during the remodeling process, budgeting, and construction administration.  Specializing in condominium conversions, project superintendent during the rehab process.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 Appointment as Receiver in State of Florida Circuit Courts for commercial, residential, industrial properties throughout the State.  Currently managing properties ranging from a 100,000 Ambulatory Surgery Center  to a 160,000 square foot office building. Past receiver appointments have included an 800-lot\/home mobile home park with a water\/sewer treatment facility, 18-hole golf course with an active sales and marketing program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
