David L. Legault – President<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

David L. Legault started Florida Receiver in 1983 with the idea of providing a technical service to financial institutions during the workout and disposition of distressed properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David’s primary activities have been consulting with lenders on the status of the development process, development permits, monitoring of environmental matters, and providing due diligence status reports to clients.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, David has managed income-producing properties during the REO disposition process for financial institutions.\u00a0Another important element of services has been acting as a Court-Appointed Receiver or Trustee during foreclosure or other legal actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sara Legault – Corporate Financial Officer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sara’s specialty is in receivables. Her 36-year career as a supervisor for GTE and Verizon concentrated on the handling of the State of Florida’s internet, phone, operating, invoicing, billing, and collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todd Legault – Senior Project Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Todd’s 29-year career expertise is in managing construction projects, including renovations and remodeling of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
